I hope you’re all doing well! Just a quick reminder about our quarterly Church Council meeting tomorrow night at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We’ll have some light refreshments to enjoy.
Meeting Highlights:
- Planning our master calendar for the next quarter and beyond.
- Hearing updates from all our committees and ministry teams.
- Celebrating what God has been doing in our church.
New Meeting Structure:
To keep things moving smoothly and avoid running late, we’ll try something new this time:
- Please fill out the attached quarterly report form by tomorrow afternoon. https://link.cbcmaysville.church/1
- I’ll print out your reports so everyone can read them during the meeting.
- We’ll focus on discussing specific items from the reports and any additional topics you want to bring up. Please mention these on the form.
Your presence and input are really important, even if you don’t have any major updates. We need everyone’s perspective to plan effectively.
